ValiCert Support Offerings
At ValiCert, we have designed two support offerings based on our customer’s needs.
The standard 10×5 Gold Support offers ten hours a day, five days a week support coverage excluding holidays. Our technical engineers will provide you with the highest level of support.
Our 24×7 Platinum Support is specifically designed and intended for mission-critical applications. In addition to standard coverage, 24×7 Platinum Support offers:
- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week production support
- Configuration analysis
- Training discounts
